Metal CTP Glunz and Jensen iCTP Platewriter 4200

Looking for an affordable alternative to conventional plate making? The Platewriter 4200 inkjet Computer-to-plate system is an innovative technology that sets new standards in the cost, flexibility, and speed of offset printing for small to medium format printing. The Platewriter jets a patented Liquid Dot chemical solution on to a non-photosensitive aluminum printing plates.

The imaged plates are manually fed through a plate finishing unit that dries the plates and bonds the liquid dots to the plate surface. The plate-finishing unit has a built in gumming station to finish the plates and protect them from damage before going to press. Advantages of the Platewriter

Polyester CTP Printware Platestream SC

The Printware PlateStream SC portrait format digital platesetting system is simple, compact and fully integrated. With its integrated plate processor, our scan-to-plate capability and professional PDF workflow, the PlateStream SC is the perfect way to increase productivity and profits. Driven by EZrip workflow, going digital has never been so easy. The PlateStream SC is available with integrated punches for most common presses. The MicroPlate option makes plates as small as 7" x 8.5" without waste. PlateStreams can use Printware's SilverStream plate material, specifically manufactured for PlateStreams.
